Marketing Specialist - Irving, TX (onsite)

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's value proposition and developing compelling content to drive sales growth. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and requires a highly motivated and independent individual who can effectively execute marketing strategies in a manufacturing environment. Collaboration with sales, product management, and engineering teams will be essential.

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year
Benefits: Standard offerings (including health insurance, 401(k) match up to 4%, and paid time off)
Location: Irving, Texas (Onsite - no remote work)
Travel: Occasional travel may be required for content development, trade shows, and other business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on content development and value proposition articulation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  
  • Experience with website management and content creation tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies focused on clearly articulating our brand's value proposition and supporting sales efforts.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and other sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand market needs and develop targeted messaging.
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure it is informative, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage marketing projects within budget and timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
