Salesforce Administrator

Location: Middle Tennessee (Remote hybrid flexibility available for local candidates)

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually
 

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will be responsible for managing user requests, implementing system enhancements, and driving integration projects to ensure Salesforce effectively supports our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer our existing Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Establish and maintain a help desk system to provide timely support and assistance to Salesforce users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom solutions within Salesforce , including workflows, processes, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights into Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
  • Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with business processes.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities.
  • Provide training and support to users to maximize adoption and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce instances in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including customization, configuration, and integration options.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework for custom development and automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location Requirements:

This position is based in Middle Tennessee. Remote hybrid flexibility is available for local candidates. Candidates must be located in Middle Tennessee to be considered for this role.
