Brief role description:
•Lead response effort for RFXs that are aligned to client’s strengths and where we have a strategic advantage
Resource and deliverable manager, ensuring that all bid response timelines are met
Final reviewer for flow and presentation of response and alignment to both client needs and strengths
•Aggregate repeatable collateral from bids and internal subject matter experts into a content library
Be the 'owner of the platform' - make recommendations on improvements and train sales and pre-sales on tool capabilities and self-service capabilities
Engage subject matter experts for content reviews in library
Integrate AI technical writing into workflow effectively - ensure that all material communicates actual capabilities
Contribute in technology roadmap GTM conversations and ensure that new content / solution sets are documented in content library and conveyed effectively in RFX and unsolicited proposals
•Prepare repeatable unsolicited proposal templates for use during SOW process (also maintained in Loopio)

Requirements
•VAR experience
•Bid management experience (RFI, RFQ, RFP - all RFX variants)
•Proposal management experience (unsolicited proposals such as high-level proposal and SOWs)
