Job Title: Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and consistent Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This part-time, remote position will focus on generating new clients and driving the sales process using a variety of outreach methods. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients through email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach, and contributing to the company's overall marketing efforts to increase visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold email campaigns and email blasting to potential clients in the United States
- Perform cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads and establish relationships
- Assist with marketing and SEO efforts to optimize website and improve client acquisition strategies
- Manage client leads and keep track of outreach efforts to ensure consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with the team to ensure outreach aligns with company goals
- Track and report on outreach effectiveness and adapt strategies for improved results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, cold emailing, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools and outreach methods
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other online platforms for client acquisition
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimization is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience working remotely is a plus
- Willing to work in Central Time (CST)
- Willing to work part time - 4 hours/day
Compensation:
- Starting pay: Market Rate + Commission (negotiable)
- Potential for performance-based incentives tied to new client acquisitions
