Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Primarily Southeast US travel

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 base salary

Job Type: Direct Hire and Full-time

 

Job Description:

A growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing large commercial construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, coordinating field operations, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget.
 

Requirements:

* Experience working for a commercial general contractor (not residential or subcontractor background)

* Experience with ground-up big box retail and/or light industrial projects

* Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$50M

* Stable work history with consistent tenure

* Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast

* Ability to manage field operations and subcontractors effectively

* Strong communication and leadership skills
