Juniper Network Engineer Role

Core requirement: Juniper-proficient network engineer
- Juniper switching, routing, VLANs, Mist Edge, Junos OS
- Firewalls: Juniper SRX1400 and similar SRX models
Day-to-day work: ticket-based via ServiceDesk+, Breakfix, NOC,
- Troubleshoot/maintain firewalls, wireless APs (Mist), VLANs, WAN/LAN, VPN
- EHR bandwidth monitoring (radiology), Juniper hardware replication
- Range from cable replacement to full factory-level work
Hospital network familiarity preferred but not required
On-prem only, no remote
Hours: 8-hour shift within 7 AM–5:30 PM window
On-call rotation once every 5 weeks, 5:30 PM–7 AM + weekends; emergency all-hands possible
- Contractor not formally required for on-call but should be aware it becomes a requirement upon hire
