Technical Content & Product Marketing Consultant- Remote
NO-3rd Parties
3 Month Project
100% Remote
*Very Specific Skill Set
*Must have perfect client facing communication
Description:
Client needs a technical startup-minded content and product marketing consultant who can turn deep platform capabilities into crisp, repeatable stories that connect technical differentiation to end-user value. This person will own client’s content narrative across videos, articles, and communication standards, helping the platform tell a business-first story without losing its technical credibility. Client’s story spans governed agent execution, reusable platform capabilities, migration patterns, and scale architecture, so this role must be equally comfortable with product positioning and technical translation.
What this person will own:
Build client’s messaging framework for internal adoption and external storytelling
Create and run the editorial calendar for videos, articles, feature spotlights, and launch content
Develop messaging standards for how client communicates technical value through end-user outcomes
Turn platform capabilities into understandable narratives for executives, builders, sellers, PMs, and delivery leaders
Partner directly with client leadership, product owners, UX, and engineering to extract stories from platform work already delivered and in motion
Produce launch-ready content for core platform capabilities, migration patterns, governance features, architecture, value positioning, and training materials
Build reusable templates for feature announcements, hidden-feature explainers, release notes, demo scripts, and rollout updates
Create proof-driven content built around real platform capabilities, real demos, and before/after operational value
Maintain consistency in how client explains governance, observability, automation, platform ownership, shared context, and scale patterns
Core responsibilities
Own the client’s narrative and message house but collaborates with company marketing to align to brand standards
Draft article series, video scripts, launch blurbs, internal announcements, and adoption copy
Interview engineers, product owners, and pilot users to uncover differentiated stories
Create a standards guide for client communications, including naming, framing, proof points, screenshots, diagrams, and tone
Translate features like in-loop governance, audit trails, persistent state, reusable agent packages, agent ingestion to Astra harness, and GitHub MCP-based tool scaling into user-facing benefits
Shape the migration story for bringing existing agents onto client so that conversion to the harness is explained as modernization, reuse, and safer scale rather than rework
Build messaging for agent identity-based tool access and horizontal tool scaling so technical platform advancements can be understood as business enablers
Ideal candidate profile
Comes from a technical startup, platform company, or 0-to-1 product environment
Has written product marketing or technical content for a platform, developer tool, infrastructure product, or complex B2B software
Can understand concepts like orchestration, APIs, runtime, governance, observability, and identity without needing them over-explained
Can convert technical differentiation into plain-language user and business value
Has experience building editorial systems, launch playbooks, and messaging standards from scratch
Are comfortable interviewing technical stakeholders and quickly shaping rough ideas into polished content
Can create both strategic narrative and hands-on deliverables
Knows how to make proof, demos, and customer-style outcomes do the selling
Brings strong startup instincts: speed, ambiguity tolerance, ownership, and comfort iterating in public
Leverages AI in their workflow for quality as needed, not as AI for the sake of AI
