We’re hiring a Client Service Manager (CSM) for a growing financial planning practice.
This is not an “assistant” role. This is an ownership role.
The right person will run the client service engine of the firm, ensuring an exceptional client experience while helping create operational efficiency and scalability.
The goal is simple:
Free the advisor to focus on advice, relationships, and growth while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs
• Preparing all meeting materials and ensuring meetings are fully organized in advance
• Managing CRM accuracy, workflows, task tracking, and operational follow-through
• Handling account opening support, transfers, and operational coordination
• Driving proactive client communication and service touchpoints
• Identifying inefficiencies and improving processes proactively
• Acting as a gatekeeper for priorities, communication, and workflow management
What we’re looking for:

• Ability to interact professionally with affluent clients
• Comfortable learning and navigating technology systems and CRMs
• Someone who anticipates needs rather than waits for instructions
Ideal experience:
• 3–7+ years in financial services or a similar client service environment
• Experience supporting a financial advisor or professional services professional
• Familiarity with account servicing and operational workflows preferred
Compensation range:
Part-time for 90 days. Approximately $65k total compensation first year.
