Scope:
- Design and execute network readiness initiatives from project initiation through full operational deployment.
- Apply operational best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with client executives and client lead consultants, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing communication across all levels.
- Identify potential roadblocks, develop contingency plans, and ensure alignment with standards during technology transitions.
- Create training plans, review materials, and collaborate with technical writers to produce essential documentation.
- Establish KPIs and SLAs for new technologies, design measurement procedures, and implement compliance reporting.

- Familiarity with operational readiness frameworks and tools
