Start Date: ASAP Scope:
Define and own the end-to-end documentation strategy for new network technologies, including standards, workflows, and governance frameworks.
Create and maintain technical documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, installation manuals, technical specifications, network diagrams, and training materials.
Develop high-quality content that supports operational activities such as deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with network architects, engineers, operations teams, and project managers to collect and validate technical information.
Conduct interviews and observe system development and operational activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, internal knowledge bases) with proper version control and accessibility.
Ensure compliance with client organizational and industry standards for documentation.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to enhance comprehension.
Partner with engineering and operations teams to review documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Drive continuous improvement of documentation processes, tools, and standards.
Innovate to enhance the customer’s operational experience and knowledge management practices.
Skills: Must Have
Proven experience in technical writing within IT or similar field.
Proficiency with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Adobe).
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical information.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Associate degree in English, Communications, or Journalism
Understanding of networking concepts and technologies preferred.
