JOB TITLE: National Accounts Manager
• Base Salary: $100K-125K annually
• Bonus: Up to 20% target (approximately $25,000)
• Total On-Target Earnings: ~$150,000
• Location: Remote – Home Office (travel required)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to lead and grow relationships with large national customers, fleet operators, and buying groups. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing complex sales cycles, and driving revenue and margin growth across assigned national accounts.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in national or large-account sales, is highly data-driven, and can operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of national account agreements
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and margin growth
• Manage relationships with large customers, buying groups, and fleet organizations
• Identify and secure new national account opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic insights to customers
• Analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales support, operations, product, and leadership
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reporting in CRM tools
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• 3+ years managing large, national, or regional accounts
• Proven success selling into complex buying organizations or buying groups
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel up to ~50%
Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience selling into fleet, national retail, industrial, automotive, or equipment-related customers
• Experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel reporting
