Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in Security Operations Center (SOC) management. This role is designed for someone who can bridge the gap between clients and technical teams driving a world-class client experience while leveraging deep SOC knowledge to deliver measurable value. The TAM will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of client’s managed security services while providing insights, recommendations, and guidance on SOC operations, security posture, and incident response.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client(s).
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client executives, CISOs, and security leaders.
  • Proactively communicate SOC performance, threat trends, and risk posture through regular business reviews and ad-hoc strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and align SOC capabilities accordingly.
  • Leverage hands-on knowledge of SOC operations to translate technical findings into actionable business insights for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the SOC, engineering, and clients to ensure effective resolution of complex security incidents.
  • Partner with Security Engineers, and Sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to delivery teams to improve SOC processes, tools, and playbooks.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and emerging security gaps.
     

Qualifications:
  • Nice to have-professional designations such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • 5+ years of experience in SOC management, or security advisory capacity.
  • Experience engaging directly with C-level stakeholders in a consultative or advisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing, configuring, and optimizing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
  • Exceptional leadership skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
