Position Overview: The Inside Sales Operations Director will lead a team of Inside Sales Operations Specialists (ISRs), ensuring they provide exceptional support to Client Directors and customers. This role is responsible for optimizing and managing sales processes, CRM systems, and sales operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth. By fostering collaboration between sales, finance, and operations, this position plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and improving the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will lead with innovation and operational excellence to streamline sales execution while demonstrating a passion for process optimization and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Sales Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Manage daily sales operational support for Client Directors and sales leaders.
• Manage sales opportunities within HubSpot, providing valuable insights to executive and sales leadership teams.
• Oversee the preparation of quotations and processing of sales orders, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
• Take strategic ownership of operational improvements related to sales processes and the tech stack (HubSpot, Aviso, ConnectWise, NetSuite, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process inefficiencies, working closely with sales operations stakeholders to drive solutions
• Monitor and support processes in sales tools and systems to ensure they are used effectively for better decision-making and efficiency.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Recommend opportunities for operational excellence and process improvement.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or related fields, with 3+ years in a management role. Experience in a tech industry a MUST.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRM systems, with a strong track record of driving adoption and optimization
• Experience with Hubspot, ConnectWise, and NetSuite is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in building sales enablement programs from the ground up.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and influence skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, create structure in ambiguity, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
