Overview:
We are seeking two highly skilled Java Developers for a long-term contract role supporting a high-profile project in the public sector. The ideal candidates will have deep hands-on experience with advanced Java development, Spring frameworks, Oracle databases, and enterprise integration patterns. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a major modernization effort while working remotely in a stable, long-term contract.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in Core and Advanced Java programming

• Expertise with Spring Frameworks:

  • Spring Boot

  • Spring MVC

  • Spring Batch

  • Spring Data

• Strong experience with Oracle databases, including PL/SQL and SQL

• Familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies and integration patterns

• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and working with HTTP and microservices

• Experience with Git or other version control systems

• Solid understanding of unit testing and integration testing methodologies

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Prior experience supporting public sector or large enterprise environments

• Candidates local to Albany, NY preferred but not required

• Available for full-time, 40 hours/week W2 engagement through September 2025
