Job Title: Endpoint Engineer Tech Lead

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Remote work possible for candidates living nearby)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our Data Strategy Posture Management efforts, focusing on linking Defender to Intune for Data Loss Protection (DLP) and supporting our SharePoint team with Azure DLP enablement. This role also involves operational support for Conditional Access and compliance remediation using Azure/Intune/ConfigMgr event logs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in linking Defender to Intune for Data Loss Protection.
• Support the SharePoint team with enabling DLP items in Azure.
• Provide operational support for Conditional Access.
• Analyze and remediate endpoint compliance issues using Azure/Intune/ConfigMgr event logs.
• Contribute to the Cloud Management Gateway project, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with the Server team on CIS and GPO baseline testing for Windows 11.
• Perform day-to-day operational maintenance of endpoints, including updates and patching.
• Package complex applications using PowerShell.
• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Operating System Deployment, including task sequencing and driver packs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in endpoint management and data protection.
• Strong knowledge of Defender, Intune, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Conditional Access and compliance remediation.
• Familiarity with Cloud Management Gateway and Windows 11.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for application packaging.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for Operating System Deployment.
