Director of Marketing (Venture / Start-Up Experience)

Job Summary: As the Director of Marketing, you will be in charge of digital marketing channels and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on growth, leveraging digital performance marketing, honing our branding and messaging, and exploring PR and activation opportunities. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.



Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy that drives growth across all channels.
• Create and allocate marketing budget to maximize ROA for customer acquisition and conversion 
• Oversee comprehensive digital performance marketing across current channels (Google, Linkedin, email) and expand into additional digital channels (Youtube, IG, Tiktok).
• Refine & enhance branding and messaging to ensure consistency and impact across all marketing eJorts.
• Identify and pursue PR opportunities to increase brand visibility and credibility.
• Plan and execute activation opportunities to engage and attract customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on growth and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of AI agents and tools and other latest technologies.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, SEO, SEM and media ad purchasing.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership and project / time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and frequently changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading or having high execution responsibilities in growth or marketing teams for startups from Seed to Series B stages.
• Strong passion for climate tech opportunities
